'Uri' box-office collection Day 3
'Uri: The Surgical Strike': Public Review has taken a strong lead at the box-office in its first weekend with good collections and a growing trend. The film collected Rs 35 crore over the first 3 days and these are big collections.
According to the latest report by BoxofficeIndia.com, on Sunday, the film has managed to collect Rs 14.5 crore on its third day at the box office. The film showed strong growth on Saturday of around 40%. The film has till now managed to collect a total of Rs 35 crore in three days at the box office.
The report added that the film has scored better in the bigger cities with Mumbai, Delhi and Kolkata leading the way. East Punjab is also very strong.
Starring Vicky Kaushal as Major Vihan Singh Shergill along with a strong supporting cast of Yami Gautam, Paresh Rawal and debutant Mohit Raina, 'Uri' is based on the surgical strike led by the Indian army against Pakistan as a retaliation for the 2016 Uri attack.
