Ranveer Singh and Alia Bhatt starrer Gully Boy has officially become the most awaited movies in 2019. It is amazing to see the kind of admiration the trailer has received and taking it forward are the innumerable memes which has stormed the internet. One of our favourite dialogues from the movie is when Alia threatens to do "dhop' anyone who does 'gulu gulu' with her boyfriend. Well, we won't dare, Alia!
Agreeing to Ranveer Singh aka Gully Boy who asks her if she is a gundi, Mahesh Bhatt, her father and filmmaker confirmed with his tweet that she indeed is. Sharing the picture, he wrote, "Alia is a GUNDI." That's quite a validation we needed! Alia as Safeena has minimal but pivotal role in the movie directed by Zoya Akhtar. The movie releases on February 14, 2019 i.e Valentine's Day. Check out the post and let us know in the comments below.

Meanwhile, during the trailer launch of Gully Boy, Alia was asked about her experiences of working with Ranveer in the film and boyfriend Ranbir Kapoor in Brahmastra along with the similarities and differences between both the actors. On this, the actress stated, "There have quite a few similarities. They are both superb human beings and are outstanding actors. Both of them are special to me. The only difference is that I'm doing Gully Boy with one and Brahmastra with one."
